Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM local time are processed the next business day.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods (sales or holidays), processing may take longer.
Shipping Methods and Service Levels
Standard, expedited, express, and same-day local delivery are available.
All shipments include tracking.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
Free standard shipping applies to all orders.
Order Tracking Procedures
All shipped orders receive a tracking number via email.
Real-time tracking available on the order history page and via carrier websites.
Regular email or SMS updates are sent for critical delivery milestones.

Shipping Restrictions and Limitations
Shipping is only available to the United States.
No shipments to P.O. boxes (except with USPS/ Post/FedEx SmartPost, where permitted).
How We Handle Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is delayed, please allow 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery before contacting support.
For lost shipments, contact customer support with your order and tracking number for resolution.
If a package is confirmed lost or irreparably delayed, we will initiate a replacement or refund claim as appropriate.
Damaged shipments should be reported immediately with supporting photos.
