At FontzFabrication, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, this policy outlines your options for returns, refunds, exchanges, and store credits. We aim to make the process clear, fair, and convenient for both you and our business.
Eligibility and Return Window
Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be undamaged.
Returns initiated after the standard window (up to 60 days) may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Prepare Your Item:
Pack securely with all original packaging and accessories.

Shipping:
For most returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defect, damage, or shipping errors.
We recommend a trackable method and are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Processing Timeline:
Allow 3–7 business days after we receive your return for inspection and refund approval.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (or store credit if ineligible for cash), not convertible to cash.
Refund timing may vary by bank; allow 1–2 billing cycles if paid by credit card.
Refunds and Store Credits
Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method. We cannot reverse refunds to a different credit card or payment account.
Partial refunds may apply for missing packaging, accessories, or damage affecting resale.
Exchanges
Where possible, we offer direct exchange for different sizes or colors of the same item.
Item(s) must meet return eligibility requirements.
Fraud and Return Abuse Prevention
Proof of purchase is required for all refund or exchange requests.
We reserve the right to deny or limit returns in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, excessive or repeated returns, or violation of the spirit of this policy.
Returned items will be inspected; items not meeting our conditions may be denied a refund and returned to you at your expense.
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
If you have received a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a prepaid shipping label.
Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
